Dry Grit Abrasive materials including crushed glass, aluminum oxide, and plastic media. These medias have different particle sizes, hardness scaling per media, aka Mohs Scale designed specifically for various applications per media type. Blasting steel or removing the paint from storage containers can be achieved with aluminum oxide. Aluminum Oxide is an extremely hard blasting material, ranking 9 on the Mohs scale, just below diamond. This makes it highly effective as an abrasive when it comes to dry grit media blasting, as it is employed for cleaning, deburring, and readying metal surfaces, such as storage containers. It is highly effective in removing rust, paint, and other coatings from metal surfaces. Moreover, it can often be reused multiple times, which can be both cost-effective and environmentally friendly. Blasting Fiberglass Boats or coatings from military composite component contracts is efficiently accomplished with Plastic Media. Removing painted coatings and stains from wooden surfaces such as home exteriors/interiors, can be safely achieved with cobb, walnut, and or crushed glass. There are multiple variances of medias to address the needs of multiple surface application solutions.
Wet Grit Abrasive materials include the use of playground sand or another type of compatible grit material that can be fed in-line to a pressure washer to enhance the cleaning capability of the pressure washing tool. The use of wet grit blasting helps solve the visible signs of grime and time on residential, commercial, and industrial stone, brick, and concrete work. Oil stains, tire marks, faded/chipped parking lot pain dulls the curb appeal of any business or home. Wet grit blasting offers customers a solution to improving the exterior of their business and home exteriors.
